For items that are unopened, you will receive a RMA number. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return package. We suggest that all returns are processed with tracking numbers so that you can know that the package has been delivered. Monetary refunds may not happen instantly and please check directly with your bank regarding the time they will need to process the transaction and release funds to your account.
